  • 2 tablespoons of paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 500ml of water

Instructions:

1. Heat up the oil in a pan and saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant.

2. Add in the dried chilli paste and stir well for about 2 minutes.

3. Then, add in the paprika powder and tomato sauce and cook for another minute until well combined.

4. Add in the chicken, salt and sugar and stir well before pouring in the water. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens.

5. Serve hot with steaming hot rice and enjoy!
