Hey y'all! I recently discovered this bomb recipe for Puding Roti Pelangi and let me tell you, it's a game changer. It's so easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious! I had to share it with my folks because I know y'all gon' love it too.

What You'll Need:

6 slices of white bread
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Food coloring (red, yellow, green, blue)

Instructions:

Cut off the edges of the bread and cut the bread into small cubes.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil until the sugar is dissolved. Then remove from heat.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 5 separate bowls.
Add different colors of food coloring to each bowl to create the rainbow colors (red, yellow, green, blue).
Add the bread cubes to each bowl and stir until the bread is fully coated.
Layer the colored bread cubes in a small baking dish (9x7) starting with red, then orange, yellow, green, and blue.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set.
Once done, let cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
